This lady did not speak English, but we asked a translator about the liquids in the hand-labeled bottles. From left to right: Molasses, Castor Oil, Caraamel, Snake Oil, Coconut Oil, and Whale oil. You can rub snake oil on joints, but do not ingest it. The others can be taken internally. See your doctor for more information.
